Healthy by Sovereign
has ended

On 29th November 2018 the Healthy by Sovereign programme ended.

When AIA acquired Sovereign recently, we promised to re-imagine life insurance and to help New Zealand become one of the healthiest and best-protected nations in the world. Part of the integration process has involved reviewing the support we offer customers to make healthy lifestyle choices and to be rewarded for them.

With the exciting new health and wellness programme, AIA Vitality, on the horizon, we have decided to wind down Healthy by Sovereign - it closed on 29th November 2018.

By the end of September all current members will receive an email advising them of this change, giving them 60 days' notice of the programme ending.

  • Reward payments: Any eligible members who have their membership anniversary between 30 November 2018 and 31 March 2019 will receive a $100 cashback reward as a goodwill gesture. To be eligible, these members must hold a Silver, Gold or Platinum status on 29 November 2018.
  • Members can keep earning and redeeming healthy points until midnight on 29 November 2018. After this date the programme will be closed down.

As the program is ending, we ask that you no longer proactively promote Healthy by Sovereign as a benefit in your advice conversations. This will ensure that new customers are not disappointed by the closure of the programme.
